Come to New Year’s Day Yoga where you can purify from the holidays, move your body, focus your mind and create intentions for the new year. The practice of Sankalpa – setting intentions – is a powerful ancient practice.

The beginning of the new year is traditionally a time of renunciation, resolve and renewal. As an annual ritual, you can take time to consider what would be helpful to your life in the coming year, make a commitment to the practice and renew yourself in the foundation of your well-being. Join me for a 90min all levels Slow Flow yoga class to help unbind and let go of what no longer serves you. Start your year with a day of silence and contemplative practices to consider how to meet the future with ease, relaxation and joy.
