Meditation Sessions

Come join Tony Gandolfo Sundays and Thursdays for 30 minutes of meditation and more!

In this class we’ll explore the art of mindfulness through varying traditions and practices. Using time-tested techniques ranging from simple breath and body awareness to pranayama (breath control) and chanting, we’ll return our minds and bodies to their natural state of peace. In these radically changing times, clarity of mind and heart is of utmost importance. Come together to explore our inner worlds and share our experiences so that may we cultivate peace in our homes, communities and planet.

The meditation will run for 30 minutes followed by an optional 20 minutes of discussion/chanting/pranayama.  Classes are by donation.

Weekly Schedule:

Sunday – 1:30 – 2:30pm

Thursdays – 10am – 11am

Tony Gandolfo has been practicing meditation and yoga for 6 years from widely varying traditions, from Buddhism to kundalini yoga. In 2013, he received a 200 hour yoga teaching certification from kundalini yoga Boston. He aims to cultivate peace in his community through regenerative farming, music and mindfulness.
